Payment Verification & Order Placement
Customers must share their payment proof with their assigned Relationship Manager. The company takes 2 working days to verify payments via Accounts and Legal. Orders are processed only after successful verification.
For urgent orders, customers may use our official website www.royalbotanica.in or the Royal Botanica App (available on Google Play Store & Apple iStore), where payment is verified instantly and orders are placed immediately.
1. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Orders once paid are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
The company may cancel any order anytime with a full refund, without explanation.
2. Payment Methods
COD is not available.
3. Damaged or Missing Products
Share an unboxing video to claim a damaged or missing item.
4. Replacement Policy
No replacements are offered.
5. Suitability of Products
No refund/replacement if the product doesn’t suit the customer.
6. Incorrect Order Information
No resends/refunds for orders with incorrect customer details.
7. Delivery Issues
No refund/resend if the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable, or uncooperative.
8. Delivery Time
25 working days from payment verification.
9. Customer Communication
All calls, chats, and texts are recorded for quality assurance.
10. Misbehavior
Any misconduct will be addressed seriously.

11. Company Cancellations

Assigned consultants help customers with guidance.
– First 3 consultations are free.
– ₹200 will be charged from the 4th consultation onward.
– This fee will be adjusted with product purchases.
13. Special Delivery Conditions
– Delivery within 25 working days; damaged/missing item claims settled within 15 extra working days.
– Delays due to emergencies, disasters, medical/workplace issues, strikes, or raw material shortage may occur.
– If undelivered in 25 days, refunds will be issued within 2 working days.
