Job Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our organic skincare product line, including ingredients, benefits, and usage, to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers. Provide personalized product recommendations and skincare consultations to meet individual needs.
Sales Growth:Actively pursue sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers, both individuals and businesses. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Product Promotion:Plan and execute promotional events, product demonstrations, and workshops to educate customers about the benefits of our organic skincare products.
Sales Materials:Create and distribute sales materials, such as brochures and samples, to support sales efforts.
Customer Feedback:Collect and analyze customer feedback and share insights with the product development team to enhance product offerings.
Order Management: Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Keep accurate records of sales transactions.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics industry.
Strong knowledge and passion for organic and natural skincare products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
